Remote access is an operations problem first
The tools matter, but the design matters more. Teams need a clean path into apps, files, and support without creating uncontrolled exceptions.
That usually means standardizing identity, permissions, endpoints, and the support path behind them.
Do not separate productivity from security
If staff have to bypass controls to get work done, the design is already failing. Better remote work systems make secure behavior the default behavior.
